GS, that's half the truth man, no doubt that legit activists were on board too and it's tragic indeed that were killed, but some very suspicious people were there too, google/research Mahdi al-Harati, he was on the ship too, injured, arrested and released by Israeli authorities 9 days later, he then was the head of the Libyan rebels that overthrew Gaddafi and today he's leading another group in Syria. Not this again my friend My point is it's not logical to condemn people for defending themselves with primitive tools they found on board when their ship invaded by fully armed trained soldiers on international waters. Take a look at the death list and tell me which one was a terrorist.

Having said that from the day 1 i criticized Erdogan for using this event as a political and islamist propaganda for himself, but this does not change that Israel's act was terroristic.

GS, what I don't understand is what do you think happens when you try to get through a naval blockade, especially an Israeli blockade? Whether you agree with the legality of the blockade or not, people on board that flotilla were looking for a fight and expecting one....

Really this needs to be re-litigated, when it's long been clear IDF was in the right (though idea of paint-balls by leftist Ehud Barak is still idiotic as it ever was)

1) Turkey martyr wannabe terrorists got what they were seeking. Erdogan made enemies with all neighbors by now and his economy is a house of cards on Saudi/Qatari credit lifeline

2) maritime law DOES permit boarding of vessels in international waters if hostile, blockade-running intent is stated ahead of time.

3) UN Palmer Report investigation pretty much clear Israel. Which is something cuz usually UN is overwhelmingly anti-Israel. LOL

4) All other boats of the flotilla as well as subsequent attempts by other mini-flotillas were NOT harmed. Only a few Turkish terrorists who were dumb enough to attack soldiers got their comuppance. So whatever.

5) Using "legitimate" activists is actually using HUMAN SHIELDS -- which is what both Muslims and Commies love to do. Far from legitimizing the flotilla, it actually adds another stench of Islamo-fascist/anarchist making mockery of any REAL humanitarian crisis all over the world (not the manufactured ones in Palywood).

Gaza blockade still on, no compensation and this apology is not supported by anyone other than Bibi-- who needs Turkey to be on-board for Syria/Iran/Hezbollah.

Not to mention, beyond the Islamist foaming at the mouth by Erdo and his stooges, the TRADE between the 2 countries has actually INCREASED since the fall-out.
