To my understanding it was up to $125,000 per person and they would have to give modifications to those denied in the past
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 36994348 I believe that the determination of damages was based somewhat on the extent of the "damages" (of any type- financial, etc) that the homeowner experienced as a direct result of the foreclosure and/or any action associated with it. Unless it changed.
