Past Life Regression

I did it once, I recall the day pretty much as it was the day of the Venus transit last year.

I had an amazing experience, I didn't get to see my past lifes, but nevertheless I had an amazing experience and absolutely no reason to regret it or to not suggest it to another if one thinks its the right thing to do.

You should check out the Brian Weiss books - very much about past life regression. His new one "Miracles Happen" is really good - different peoples experiences with their own past life regressions.

Also - Dr. Michael Newton who wrote Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls.....AWESOME books. Deals with past life regression stuff, but mainly the life between lives area (where your soul is after you die and before you come into your next life where you meet your soul group, guides, etc).

I am not really into the Deloris Cannon stuff as people trained for her technique focus on "quantum healing" I think - which I do not know anything about.

I have had a couple of past life regressions done and basically hypnosis is just guided meditation. You are fully aware and in control at all times. I would recommend seeking out someone who is also a trained counselor or therapist that does past life regression therapy. Someone who knows what they are doing.
