Re: BREAKING: Rome 6.06 AM, The Sun Is Already UP!!!
Anyway, this is a well know italian site about the sun/moon timing:

[link to divulgazione.uai.it]

As you can see they says that:

15 of March, the Sun was rising at 6.23 A.M.

31 of March: the Sun was rising at 6.56 A.M.

Now, the Daylight Savings Time in Italy (+1 hour)has started the 20 of March.

Now, how could it be possible. We have in just 15 days (from 15 to 31 of March) a gap of - 31 minutes.

PS
in English marzo = march / sole = sun / alle = at

URI not working for me (timeout).
But from the URI I can see it's the times from march 2012 not march 2013.

Now, the Daylight Savings Time in Italy (+1 hour)has started the 20 of March.

DST starts on March 31 in 2013 not March 20.

Check what you want to post before you post it.

Where's your problem?

Times for Zagreb:
March 19. - Sunrise: 06:01 - Sunset: 18:07
March 19. - Sunrise: 05:59 - Sunset: 18:08

March 30. - Sunrise: 05:40 - Sunset: 18:22
March 31. - Sunrise: 06:38 - Sunset: 19:23

DST comes into effect at March 31, 02:00 - it's switched to 03:00 = + 1 hour.

Without DST times would be: March 31. - Sunrise: 05:38 - Sunset: 18:23

Re: BREAKING: Rome 6.06 AM, The Sun Is Already UP!!!
Lets see what happens in the whole month of March:

1 to 15 march sunrise gain in minutes:

6.45 AM 6.22 AM = 23

1 to 15 march sunset gain in minutes:

6.45 PM 6.22 PM = 23

Total sunrise DayLight gain in minutes = 46

------------------------------------------------

15 to 31 march sunrise gain in minutes:

6.22 AM 5.55 AM = 33

15 to 31 march sunset gain in minutes:

6.17 PM 6.34 PM = 17

Total sunset DayLight gain in minutes = 50

WHOLE GAIN IN MARCH (46 + 50) = 96 minutes = 1.6 HOURS

Ducky, you messed it up again:

Lets see what happens in the whole month of March:

1 to 15 march sunrise gain in minutes:

6.45 AM 6.22 AM = 23

1 to 15 march sunset gain in minutes:

6.45 PM 6.22 PM = 23

Total sunrise DayLight gain in minutes = 46

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 36828849

Same times for sunrise and sunset - only PM instead of AM?
That would make: 6.45 PM 6.22 PM = -23
And Total sunrise DayLight gain in minutes = 0

15 to 31 march sunrise gain in minutes:

6.22 AM 5.55 AM = 33
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 36828849

6.22 AM 5.55 AM = 33
Wrong - it's 27

As I said before: Check what you want to post before you post it.

This is the correct version (sorry but I did mistakes with copy and paste:

1 to 15 march sunrise gain in minutes:

6.45 AM 6.22 AM = 23

1 to 15 march sunset gain in minutes:

6.00 PM 6.17 PM = 17

Total sunrise DayLight gain in minutes = 40

------------------------------------------------

15 to 31 march sunrise gain in minutes:

6.22 AM 5.55 AM = 33

15 to 31 march sunset gain in minutes:

6.17 PM 6.34 PM = 17

Total sunset DayLight gain in minutes = 50

Re: BREAKING: Rome 6.06 AM, The Sun Is Already UP!!!
In the whole DayLight gain month by month we have:

Jan + 41,77

Feb + 67,71

Mar +90,00

Apr +69,35

May +54.74

Jun +9.71 (till the 21)

Total Gain in DayLight: 463,86 minutes /60 = + 7.73 hours.

So from the 21 of Dec we have: 8.60 + 7.73 = 16.33 Hours.

But it should be 15,13 the max extension of the Daylight, so we got 1.2 hours in excess.

I don't know what's your point, but ¡please, do the sum right!:

(41.77 + 67.71 + 90.00 + 69.35 + 54.74 + 9.71) min. = 333.28 min

Too much copy and paste without basic Sesame Street skills!
