Did you? I've noticed this effect for years since I was in grade school. explained here [ link to aa.usno.navy.mil] Look up "equation of time" if you actually want to learn. [ link to aa.usno.navy.mil] Simply put, the summer solstice does have the longest day but not the earliest sunrise. You just never bothered to notice before. Quoting: Weasel_Turbine STOP posting idiot bullshit, everyone except the DumbShill like you, knows that the Sun rise early till the 21 of June, retard. And in your idiot links there is not what you are trying to sell, littleman. . Quoting: DVCMCM Thanks for proving you didn't read it. quote from my link above "earliest sunset occurs around December 8 each year, and latest sunrise occurs around January 5. The day with the least amount of daylight is the winter solstice, the first day of winter, on or about December 21... similar situation occurs at the summer solstice, for the same basic reason, though the effect is not as extreme. Solstice occurs around June 21, but at latitude 40° north the earliest sunrise occurs around June 14 and the latest sunset occurs around June 28." It then explains it all in detail. We know you didn't bother to read it. Thanks for proving it for us though. Got any more lies to tell?
