Anything in the evening or before you go to bed will cause weight gain because you can't work it off. For meal replacement put a bunch of vegetables and fruit in a blender or juicer and make a smoothie. Add protein powder. Protein is great for losing weight. If you're lazy or don't have the equipment then go to a place that makes smoothies for you. Give yourself a few weeks to see a difference. It's cumulative so you don't see results right away. Just stick with it long term and you'll definitely lose weight. Also drink tons of water and cut down on booze. Weight loss guaranteed.h |

It's been 2 years and I still have a fantastic body. I have also taken up the Paleo lifestyle and would never go back to the Standard American Diet (SAD). It would also be helpful if you started lifting weights OP. I lift weights 3-4 times a week and my muscles are very toned and my stomach is flat as a board and rock hard and I look great in a bikini. GF breads, cookies, etc have more calories. I'm about 10 lbs underweight and about about a size 4. i had Mexican for lunch and brisket w fries for dinner. I also work in my garden about 15 hours a week. Best and healthiest lifestyle so far. It's kind of tough in the beginning, but I still get meats, dairy, fruits & veg, ice cream, potatoes and corn based breads/tortillas. Hq okc |

I sometimes use half a packet of stevia for sweetener but not necessary if you use banana or ginger. Very good breakfast drink. Drink before eating anything. |
