and not so much protein, you're suppose to get much more fats then proteins under this lifestyle, and it just seems hard to get more fat then protein, any tips? thanks

I don't like Paleo unless it's changed up a tad for me and my people...it promotes eating scavengers which is pig, bottom feeders, catfish, shrimp, lobster, scaleless fish, etc.

Also, don't they promote canola oil? CO is very bad, as well as corn, palm, safflower, etc.

not sure which ghetto paleo guideline you are following, i follow the bulletproof paleo diet, mostly grass fed beef/lamb, farmed eggs, healthy fish, cocounut oils, nuts, little bacon, lots of grass fed butter and ghee

woke up at 8am, at 9am had my buttered coffee...

had nothing to eat today, ive had a organic black coffee with 5 tablespoons of grass fed non salted butter and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil mixed into a extra large coffee. been on a 1 hour intense bike ride, and have not been hunger yet, no stomach rumbling, and no hang pangs and it's 3pm, have next meal of organic bacon and 4 eggs with some bacon fried kale

butter, cottage cheese, cream or half and half made into yogurt or sour cream, cheese, yo-cheese, avacados, olives, nuts....


been following a paleo type diet which includes animal products and lost 15 pounds. Funny, cause I eat all the good stuff except of course refined grains and sugars

sprout/germinate nuts and seeds. Inoculate to make a nut/seed "cheese".

Coconut and coconut oil is good, but fresh coconut is best obviously. Avocado is alright.

Focus on getting enough omega 3 ALA from sprouted flax/chia and hemp seeds. I'd say 2-3 tblsp 2-3 times a day.

Hello OP. I am all about the atkins...similar to paleo. Try avocado boats; half them, hull them a little if needed and stuff them. I stuff mine with tuna or egg salad. Good fat..yum yum.
