It happens. I work in the mental health field and still have emotional ups and downs. I use coping techniques to help me through, breathing exercises and trying to focus on the positive things that has happened during the day. In session with clients, I try to avoid big pharma and teach useful techniques. Having someone in your life that you to can talk with completely open and honest with helps. Let others know when you are feeling down and try to surround yourself with things that can help alleviate negative tension.
