DHS is an unruly beast. I don't know that they are planning anything considering they see terrorists behind every rock like delusional drunkards. They are dunk off the money supply and waste like none have wasted before.

Making enemies out of everyone on paper is their excuse to continue on drinking. When it comes to investigating anyone or anything, they are nothing more than 3rd rate detectives with a job secured by cronyism.

They are dangerous not because of what they plan on doing, but for what they are perceived on planning on doing with all the data collected on everyone they can find on facebook.

They are a destabilizing force with little to do but pass the buck on to traditional alphabet soups justifying their inaction with the inability to act due to requirements under law for proper warrants.
