Re: The Language of the Birds
Wow! Cool post - I LOVE birds! Sitting in the garden listening to them sing good morning to the world right now.

I love to play song games with the shama thrushes and getting wild birds to sit on your shoulder or eat from your hands is an awesome experience.

And speaking of which, is this why the pope chose to honor St Frances of Assisi?

One could have all sorts of fun incorporating this into the tale of Noah.

What exactly was it the bird was sent out to do?

Perhaps it is not WHAT Noah's bird found, but rather WHOM :)

Re: The Language of the Birds
Most people seem to be so full of being human that there isn't any place for anything else, something which is quite evident in the fact that nature is forced to adapt to us instead of the other way around, we even made an industry out of weather manipulation, we're always interfering with everything. The whistles get drowned in the screams, really listening becomes difficult to the extreme, yet not impossible, but we're always seem way too busy chasing after our human dreams.

Clyde Lewis mentioned the other day that the birds don't "sound the same" anymore and that they sound like they are in pain or are suffering or something.

I can't say how excited I was to find this post -- so beautiful. I woke up this morning and opened up the windows, to let the cool air and sounds of the birds sweep in. I had heard the hoot of an owl nearby. The songs of birds are amazing.

Well they certainly sound 'angelic' to me.

The water in my birdbath outside the window is frozen now - but the sun is shining and expect the birds to return soon.

Don't know, but what I do know for certain is that they praise life way more than us, children as well. We're more busy with complaining and being the victims of life, as there's always something to blame, we're a pretty ungrateful bunch if you ask me, so there's not much room and time for praise.

Yes our mind its incredible.
But it puts me down that skills like seeing auras, past lifes or communicating with animals its a innate thing that can't be learned... I could be wrong, and boy, I would love to be wrong.

Re: The Language of the Birds
i way today in delivery with business car and was driving about 1 hour in snowy conditions and killed 4 birds which could not left my way in time. They misscalculated my speed at this snowy conditions because i am driving fast nearly on all conditions. Birds was looking for food.
Have told this story to different people today and nearly everyone admitted to hit at least 1 bird today, and saw a few one death.

This is very strange.

Re: The Language of the Birds
This is fascinating. The birds on my land seem to talk to me all the time, if only to say "where's my breakfast?" But I watch their different communications with each other, and I am getting to recognise what they are relaying to one another.
Much to be learned and understood here.
Thanks Sep.

its true. you can "talk/vocalize" to make it easier but you have to "mentally-project" too.

one caveat, you have to have all chakra blazing; they visually perceive the aura [receptive]. wish i could "see" what they see
