300 euro a day, it need 1000 days to withdraw 300,000 euro its 3 years, i cant imagine who have 3,000,000 euro in cyprus

I seriously doubt that. The vast majority might remain calm but it only takes one to speak out in a crowded bank to rile up the emotional crowd and I think we'll be hearing about closures much earlier than 6 for 'staff protection'.

The worse thing this capital control, ATM limits, transfer limits will do, outside the zero trust in the banksters, is to hit hard, very hard, the bussinesses.All of them.


Peeople in Cyprus will STOP paying with cards and will use cash.The businesess will have A LOT of cash, that they will NOT put it in the banks.


With this move, the banksters shot themselves in the foot.



At first, the banks will lose the taxes related to cards and related to deposits.Nobody in Cyprus will use the banks as intermediary for payments.They will use CASH.But this will lead to the collapse of banks, obviously, so who will lend money? Nobody.In other words, bussinesses will go bankrupt one after the other, starting will supermarket chains, big hotels and transport companies.




If some people are thinking that Cyprus will LAST as long as the capital control / ATM limits are in place until the accounts are completely withdrawed, they are wrong.

he says theres going to be a rally at the banks in 10 minutes

As I said : in southern Europe, people are doing things TOGHETER.This bank runs is no exception.
