If I run out of money, I ask my bank to give me an overdraft.

So the next time I look at my account it says money in my account £0.00, overdraft available £500.00

The EZB usually does the same thing; they just increase your overdraft.

The EZB has not shipped 100 billion in cash to Spain, have they?

So someone must have moved almost ALL cash reserves AWAY from Cyprus, physically.

Looking at the Reuters live feed and someone really needs to put a not in service notice on that ATM. One after another trying to magically extract cash out of it

A woman took some money out of the ATM...but the 2 men after her, took shit.
