Just a cup of tea usually, then a banana a bit later. I don't like the idea of stuffing the stomach after such a long break without eating "most important meal" my ass. In 8 weeks, you feel the change in how better fitting your pants feel and look. Some shirts that didn't fit, now do and even your belt and wrist watch need to go into a smaller hole when putting them on. I lost 20 Lbs. fasting in 8 weeks and took 1 month off fasting to eat normally, with the goal of avoiding binges, the same foods that got me weighing more, and keeping conscious about food choice, to maintain the weight. Now, I am going to start another 8 weeks to reach normal weight levels. Give it a try. |

Not unless you weight over 300 lbs ( ie a real fat ass ) you aren't going to lose that much restricting calories.
