Back in the late 90's seattle got 100 year rains and EVERYTHING slid, railroad was cut, roads down, Magnolia Bridge taken out, etc.
Blue Tarps on hills were the fashion...
Most of western Wa is on Blue Clay and these things happen pretty often. Magnolia Bluffs had mansions leveled by mud and City Of Seattle gave up right of way rights so homeowners could burden the cost of road repairs.
Too bad Seattle has become what it is....
it's not the same city or people that stomped the cops @ WTO for being dickheads.
