It definitely does something to you're brain, and it's not good. I stopped 3 months ago. It's really not hard to do. I've heard of people going to extreme lengths to avoid it, such as installing blockers. Really, it's just a matter of will power... It truly is an addiction. The sooner you realize just how much time you spend on porn the faster you will stop watching it. Think about it... Would you rather watch porn or actually have sex???
