You were not to stay with one person and then decide to stay with another maybe because the lodgings were better or whatever. That is what is meant by not transferring yourself. You stay with one household while you do the preaching in that area. |

It's really annoying and they usually show up while I'm in the middle of making dinner, but they're such nice people I don't have the heart to tell them to go away. And what do you think of them? I have a good friend who is a JW, he is an AMAZING person, with rock solid faith. We have a friendship of mutual tolerance/respect, and I am always grateful for the biblical knowledge he shares with me now and then. I admire JWs adherence to scripture, and knowledge in that area, as well as charity work. I've listened in on some of his meetings. It is not my path, and we may not agree on every point, but there are plenty we do, not just faith-wise, but in every day life. I'm blessed and lucky to have him in my life. |
