Slavery is also on the list of goods they trade in, the black market is created by simple denying it (or limiting it's availability) in society overall.



The scam the bankers did to the English stock market Napoleon and the win/defeat deception netted them the ownership of the whole stock-market of English businesses. That also included the Bank of England and Royalty knew it would be almost useless to try and defeat them. Since they were offered a lifestyle that was almost the same they didn't object to being the loser. If the growth of those companies was tracked through time how much of the stock exchange would they cover today.
