As I have said, it is ILLEGAL for a company to label their food non-GMO, the GMO companies already got to that one.

Like I said, multiple of you people saying it leads me to believe it had gotten thrown out there, but if the FDA or USDA doesn't have anything to do with it, does that label really mean anything? I'm not the one putting the non-GMO labeling on products so , I wouldn't know or care about those regulations. I have a can of petite diced tomatoes sitting right in front of me it says (in a brown little box)'No GMOs" right under that (in the box) it says (very fine print)"No Bbioengineered Ingred."...Now, mabye the fact that its 'tomatoes' makes a difference (for now) -its not a corn, soy, etc product. Most likely that can inside is sprayed with bisphenol. And because it contains tomatoes what are high in acid it eats away at the bisphenol more then any other food. Bisphenol can leach into food from the protective internal epoxy resin coatings of canned foods. [ link to www.niehs.nih.gov]
