Dream interpretation request - my first dying dream

A question--

Could you be more concerned about what's on your computer than you're realizing?

hmmm... could be.
i am not the type of person that has my face buried in electronic devices all day. i have my internet time, and when i am onto other things, the computers and phones are set aside. it was unusual that i was bathing with the laptop open next to the tub. not my style at all.

The clothes in the tub mean you think you've got it covered, but you really don't.

well, i see my lappy as my main communication device and the storage of my academic work while I am finishing my degree. i'm not sure if the knee-jerk instinct to grab the laptob was more about saving the computer or saving myself.

Yeah, this isn't a supernatural or consciousness levels dream because of the timing and duration of the dream.

I think it's stress related.

I also think it's not that her computer activityis killing her spiritually...Salt, for what it's worth, I think that's erroneous.

OP, this is far beyond my experience, but here is what came to mind immediately.

Your being in the water (vs. shower) is a symbol of immersion... Greek "baptizo" - I don't think it's the water that is of importance (that's just a means of communicating the symbol); it's the immersion part.

I have a far-out idea, but I want to develop it further before sharing.

Lol a laptop alone doesn't have the power to electrocute you. Even if you took the adapter plug and submerged it in the water while its plugged in, you wouldn't feel a thing. That transformer reduces the power vastly. People only get fucked up when like a blow dryer falls in because its all the AC power directly from the wall.

if you are psychic etc..it could be a warning, if you are not psychic it could mean that something about your life , etc..will die, something will change or no longer be

had a dying dream to couple years ago.

a car crash fell of a bridge with high speed.

it seemed so real it was like everything slowed down when i was falling of that bridge, my heart was pomping very fast and then bam! and all went black...

Could mean:water is cleansing and renewal..something that has to be cleaned but you are holding on to it, you dont want to let go

In the same way a bath cleans and refreshes your body in real life.... bathing in a dream also represents cleaning.... an emotional or psychological cleaning.

Because water in dreams often indicates your emotional nature.... a dream about bathing can be a dream in which you are releasing emotions that have built up over time.

The fact that you are wearing clothes indicates that you are cleansing in a hurry..... No time to get undressed....

The computer most likely represents your brain/thoughts... the fact that it kills you speaks a thousand words....

If I had to guess this is what I would say:

You are very busy in life right now.... Even more busy than normal... You have very little time for yourself...and when you do have time for yourself it is rushed or short on time.

You feel stressed out....and you fear that your daughter is feeling this stress....

When you get stressed out in life your priorities get mixed up.... and you feel like you're getting nothing done...even after working really hard all day....


I wouldnt worry about it too much.... just try and find the time to pamper yourself every once in a while to relieve stress...

I know its hard with a little one....but you need a little "ME" time....away from the tv & internet!

reading a good book can be quite helpful!

yeah, in this dream, i was reasoning while i was dying and all the while processing that i am indeed facing my death. strange.

And by power I do mean current*voltage.

It sure didn't sound like a cleansing or happy stuff.......it sounded like a dire warning to me, a warning of danger involving the computer (internet activity).

It's pretty obvious....

Pray about it OP, ask the Lord to confirm for you.

I don't take naps, for good reason...

the weird thing is that when the dream began, i found myself in the tub almost wondering why i was there, and i wasnt washing or cleansing. i was soaking for some reason

for. reals.

i don't feel anything like it was an omen or warning. i did pray about it and the answer i got was "just let it go"

which is what i will do.

i don't think it was anything supernatural. i think it has something to do with my state-of-mind.

I have remembered pretty much every dream I have ever had my whole life and continue to do so...

when I was younger I took Lucid Dreaming classes so I could help understand my dreams and learn how to control them...

It's amazing how close to reality your dreams really are.... its almost like talking to yourself and showering yourself with gifts....or reprimanding yourself for something you thought was wrong

A soul intends to create certain things while it is here on Earth, and it is a challenge to do so.

First ask your higher self (soul) what it is here to learn, then you will be able to understand the obstacles (warnings) that show up in your dreams.

This is only a guess, but possibly your soul sees your academic endeavors as an obstacle, like you are being sidetracked from something else.

i wouldnt worry about dying in dreams - i had one in my teens where i was shot with a musket in some civil war type conflict. i died and rose out my body and floated away looking down at self.

kinda cool really and was over 30yrs ago now.

I die almost every night in my dreams...
