ricochet isnt a generally a concern with 5.56. It usually fragments and loses most energy on impact with a solid surface like cinder block
some rounds supposedly did make it directly out the window though because thats supposedly how the cars got hit. How do you know for sure that no windows were penetrated?

In other words, 5.56 isnt going to ricochet from great angles to the window, from somewhere thats not aimed in the general direction oft eh windows in the first place.
