become an organic vegan, plant your feet in topsoil, meditate, resolve karma, let go of fear, stop watching tv/mainstream news, detach from all materialistic things, detach from fake celebrity idols, get into nature, etc. Nothing else really matters.

The rest of the "conspiracy" stuff is mostly distractions/fear.
