I totally agree with all that the OP said in this thread. Thank you for reminding us about what is really important in this life. It sure isn't just about making money and getting ahead of other people.

Yes! You are correct. It's all about getting back into nature. We are FROM nature. So if you put it into perspective, a lot of this artificial stuff we are seeing now is essentially harming us. We have to get back to nature.

Planting your feet in soil and/or wet sand in the water helps you REMEMBER your past lives. Receive information from Mother Nature! Who you are. Why you came here. It helps you get electrolytes! Because you are an electric being. A light being. But you should be doing all the other things I listed in the first post for it to work properly.

If you don't live in a place with rich soil or a nice beach area go to home depot and buy some organic topsoil! Put it in a box and plant your feet in there while sunbathing for say, at least an hour each time if possible.

I just did this yesterday, and I felt different and clear headed for the rest of the day!
