Hi Op,
When I was younger I got a book on OBE Astral travel etc.
I tried the exercises in the book but was very difficult and never was able to OBE. Just too much clutter in my mind. Could never make it quiet. The closest I got was to the Paralysis stage, then I would freak and come back.
Are you remote viewing, or doing the OBE-Astral thing where you can be like the fly on the wall?

Havent done it sense What I can do is see a movie in my mind of the events as they take place I can see hear and feel "almost" everything Also emotions of the people I'm viewing as well. I can also read the minds of the people I'm viewing.
