Has anyone considered this whole "crying wolf" threatening thing that NK is deploying as part of grand scheme to put themselves in position to attack the US with our defenses down? Here me out..

If Russia pointed weapons at us, we'd react strongly. If China pointed weapons at us, we'd react strongly. If just about any country in the world pointed weapons at us, and we knew they were a potential threat, we'd react strongly. So what happens when a country far away from being a threat does it? We laugh it off. And we do it again, and again, and again. It's an empty threat, the supowerpower that US is, they know this. Why continue wasting funds on countering a threat that there's no substance behind?

This would be a card in NK's favor. When they finally find themselves in a position that the threat is no longer empty, and the US continues to treat it a empty,that's the opportune time to strike. NK would have found themselves in a unique position where they can strike quickly before a US response. More powerful countries wouldn't have this luxury.

I'm not proposing they do have the technology to hit us, nor are anywhere near it. Just food for thought.

Uh... guys. In that picture where it shows the locations Kim wants to bomb, it looks more like DALLAS than Austin. In the pic LA is not really higher or lower geographically than the city in TX that's marked. Look on any map, seems like it's pointing more towards Dallas than anything.
