I cannot really respond to your reply as it seems very uniformed. North Korea can cause death of millions and many thousands of Americans right in South Korea without launching anything across the sea's. I suggest you do some research on DMZ and NK Millitary in and around the DMZ. They would lose for sure but not before killing thousands if not millions of people.
