I don't think the U.S. will engage unless a missile, to any of NK's targets, is launched. Even then, we have our own systems to shoot them down before they would ever get close to reaching our shores.

Actually, that might be a blessing in disguise. They shoot their wad, and we shoot them all down. Then carpet bomb their nuclear/military sites to eliminate any nuclear threat. The Norks will have nothing to "saber rattle" with, and we won't be to blame for another nuclear war. Problem solved.
