OP, if you truly admitted how wretched you really are, you would not point the finger at others.
If you were honest with yourself, and understood fully the level of wickedness in your own heart, you would run away with your head hanging low.
If every thought you ever had, and every word you ever said, and every deed you ever did was written in a book for all to read, including yourself.......you'd run away, change your identity with the attempts to cover your own shame, depravity and wretchedness. You are completely depraved.
This is the truth, and your righteousness is filthy rags compared to Christ.
If you are honest hearted, you will agree with my statements. If you don't, then you're not honestly evaluating your own heart. We are all as I described above, every one of us including myself.
Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees was Jesus's warnings to us all. What is the leaven He spoke us? Self- righteousness.
