What Should A Nations Top Priority Be, Capitalism Or Full Employment For Its Citizens? | |

Capitalism provides far more jobs than socialism or communism. If you want all citizens "employed" you are really seeking state-supported slavery. in a free country, some people will always be unemployed, just like some will be sick, or moving, or just married, or whatever. real life: I knew a girl named Manuela in East Berlin. She was not a follower of communism and said so. Her "employment" was in an office. She made pennies a day. But yeah, she was employed....by their statistics. Let me add that she was a well-trained dancer, ballet and other forms of dance, so forcing her to work in an office for pennies a day was a form of punishment. Of course, you would never support anything like this ....or would you? Liberalism is totalitarianism with a human face – Thomas Sowell |

Illegal immigrants are getting $10,000 - $20,000 tax "refunds" for nieces and nephews living in Mexico or that may not even exist. These parasites should be doing something productive rather than doing what they do destroying the nation. I say either you work in the current system and are able to make a decent living at it because you are no longer paying for other people's food, housing, kids, etc. I also say that your tax dollars should not be going to corporate welfare in essence paying your boss to let you work, or "bailing out" banks that burn you with usurious interest rates while taking your money. Somethings gotta give. |

Quadro User ID: 36443245 Switzerland 03/29/2013 01:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What you have in America is called Monopoly Capitalism, free trade is myth in that country. You allow corporations to influence your government, thus destroying any chance of economic growth outside of the monopoly capitalists. The rich get richer, the poor & middle class are squashed like bugs. In other words, when you shop at Wal-Mart, you may as well be shopping inside the DC Capitol. Until you fix your Corporatocracy and keep business's out of your government, your fucked. Look into Anarcho-Capitalism philosophy, there's your answer. Unfortunately American's are too stupid and think they need daddy government to take care of their every whim and pass 'laws' that they too stupid to realize hurt them. Yes, the government is Wal-Mart, Big Oil, Big Banks, WallStreet, etc. Enjoying your discount, slave? Comprende? The efforts of the country should be put towards a paradigm of true freedom and integrity, one where everybody find's their own niche in society, and the governing entity isn't really looked upon to create restrictive laws. In fact the idea of a country is restricting in itself. We give our responsibility as sovereign human beings willingly to entities that govern us. I think it's time we grew up and governed our individual selves. Obviously, this paradigm only works if everyone lives with integrity and morality, with no service to self type behavior. hermit |

For example, in times when part-time/casual work is mainly on offer, workers shouldn't get penalized so heavily with taxes through having a second job. |
