I just don't see the pay off here unless North Korea is being pushed by China.

KJU has ratcheted the rhetoric up to a point to where he almost HAS to do something or his generals will have no faith in him and they may go for a coup.

Could THAT be what China wants? A coup so they can get the Kims out of power and put in even more of a Chinese puppet?

KJU HAS to know at best they can hurt South Korea, but that is a suicide mission.

If they bomb Seoul, they are done.

And outside of carnage for the sake of carnage, what good do they achieve by bombing Seoul?
