Purchasing dozens of sniper rifles barb wire fence guard dogs flood lights towards your bedroom window steals your new dog Tells your wife one day they will be together as one Puts up signs that insults you on his yard When the neighbor becomes complacent and used to this crap, then the wacko strikes. Sounds to me like someone who has a lot of bark and no bite. Someone who has intent on harming does not loudly reveal their plans and tactics. N. Korea gains nothing from going to war with anyone. On the one hand to be so loud and cause so much focus on one subject like he is doing and with the other hand silently and stealthy be doing something else, like hacking attacks on S. Korea banks, or other less announced actions while everyone is looking right he is going left. |
