It's about 5am in Korea, I'd expect any announcement about Kaesong to be fairly soon if they are going to make it this morning / evening / whatever (damn timezones), anything else (i/e any actual attacks or whatever) will probably be a bit later based on past history.

Incidentally, I'm fairly sure that N.Korea didn't close the Kaesong industrial zone prior to shelling the island in 2010.
