Those people in NK are so friggin starved, it will be a miracle if they can even hold a gun and aim straight - they kill and eat each other out of madness and desperation - the famine is awful and very very sad. It would almost be humanitarian to just nuke them, rather than let their "Glorious Leader" continue to keep them living below even animals. Even their dogs are starving, though, so rather, below animals in another country.
