Estes Park is cool. Right near Loveland, Fort Collins, and Boulder. But, I'm amazed at what a well kept secret Spearfish S.D. is. Only abour 15,000 people, but if you want some bigger city life, Rapid City and about 75,000 people are just down the road about 1/2 hour away. Plus, Sturgis is 20 minutes away. And you are at the northern end of the Black Hills. Wyoming is close by too. I've lived all over America, and traveled alot, Spearfish S.D., and Fort Collins is where I would live. Someday one of those magazine people will visit Spearfish, and the secret will be out. |
