yeah as soon as we hear bases in the area are at Delta....that's never a good sign. Only other times I remember that happening, when OBL "was killed" and on 9/11 and when there was a big terrorist attack somewhere in the world like the cole bombing or the embassy attacks
Quoting: godzilla85 Same as the DEFCON thing, IIRC the Korean forces are usually at 3, compared to CONUS being at 4 (I think the last time that was 3 was 9/11). There have been (obviously unconfirmable) reports of USFK being at DEFCON 2 once or twice. true....let's keep in mind though that defcon is more for our nuclear forces...that is more indicative of potential nuclear threats against the united states and our posture in responding to them. Yeah, but given some of Kim's threats, it is probably a consideration.
