Mexico will protect US. Get it?

China knows we can never repay our debt, that we at some point will default. Then they will be holding worthless paper.

They need us out of the way so they can expand into Asia.
So if N. Korea does it, it's not "their fault", so we can not blame them, but we will be effectively crippled.

If China supplies the money, N. Korea could have gotten old ballistic missiles from Russia, and nukes too.

Remember, N. Korea needs to develop their own weapon versions for Arms sales to other rogue nations, thus the testing.
This does not mean it is the only thing that they have on hand!
