I can see traffic from Deer Valley and Phoenix-Mesa airports so I'm pretty familiar with "normal" traffic. What I just saw was not normal. At first it looked like the "Phoenix Lights," but in a totally different area, and mixed in with regular air traffic. There were 40-50 small orange lights that disappeared in about 60 seconds, but seemed to move eastward. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 32971081 United States 03/30/2013 10:08 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I haven't noticed any unusual air traffic tonight (I'm in the west valley) but over the past couple of weeks, I *have* noticed an increase in military helicopters. Specifically, three black helicopters at a time, flying quite low over residential areas. Quoting: Pure of Heart I've noticed that too. A few weeks ago there was a helicopter hovering VERY low just outside my house. (It was the noise that drew me outside, and the dog was going nuts). It was dark out but it had no lights. Strange. I went back inside, got my camera and came back out. The second I pointed the camera at the helicopter, it took off. |

I haven't had them specifically hovering near my house, but they've buzzed my neighborhood twice in the past few months. Flew so low they rattled the whole house -- the doors and windows shook, scared the hell out of my cat. I've started keeping my camera right here at my desk. If they come by again, I'm getting a picture for sure :) |

I believe four foreigners died looking for it a few years ago. The "Sups" are definitely freaky. Sedona has the vortexes. |
