Interesting thread. I believe we are in for a ice age. A mini ice age as many refer to it though.

Some say that Northern America that borders Canada will really be the line of how far down it will come. (Arctic Cold Weather)

As far as people like me who live in Southern portion of the USA I think we will see some big changes but yet we will still have our 4 seasons. Just a longer duration of colder weather.

I remember right now hearing a interview once on Coast to Coast am where a guy predicted this and he wrote a book about it. I think the name of it was called Not by fire but by ice. The guy was pretty interesting to hear. I think I will try to find that book now that I'm thinking of it.

A good investment right now for anyone who hates cold weather or is just a prepping minded individual like myself would be a wood stove. A good wood axe. And a place to store lots and lots of firewood.

You don't want to get a heat bill for a ice age!
