Smokers: Taking Care of Your Body is Like Taking Care of Your Car
Get rid of the idea that the NWO WANT you to stop smoking for some strange reason. If the NWO is installed, they can prevent people from smoking if they wanted to.
No matter how you look at it, like maybe aliens have figured out how to circumvent smokers bodies to their advantage or whatever, in the end, .....smoking is bad for your body.
Wouldn't you take care of your car if you had a nice one?
You would clean it, paint it, customize it, replace old parts with new ones, fit new tires, etc.
Smoking is akin to neglecting your car. The wheels rusted, dust everywhere, not maintained for a good many days. The paint peeled off, shocks gone, everything inside has a worn out look.
Don't touch your body. Leave it alone. Give it the best.
Don't intake anything that can harm it. Give it the best.
Deal with all frustations, depressions, sadness, anger, hatred, on the mental level.
I quit, after a really tuff battle. Giving up smoking is very easy. Its the relapses that can get you.

Again, leave your body alone.
Somebody gifted that to you.
Take care of it. Until you die.
I know it may be tough for some of you.
But you too can be tough. You have it in you.

Peace.
hf

P.S. Your body is more sophisticated than any car available today.

I wouldnt smoke so much if I didnt have a lot of problems.
Try being me for a while you would smoke too.
To think that all I need is a few thousand pounds to escape this hell hole.
I have nobody I can talk to, I live a never ending nightmare, I have been assigned to work in the universes biggest shit hole.
I am surrounded by satanists.
I have nothing they took it all away from me.
All I can do is watch them drop dead.
If only they were smart enough to give me a lot of money I would get out of their hairs.
Not even my husband talks to me.
I have a baby and nobody cares, not even the money for a scan.
All I have is my baby and I plan to share my baby with no one.
They hate me for this.
They believe my baby that God gave me is theirs.
How can you not hate such a person?
I demand genocide.

From what you tell me, seems like your problems are bigger than what you can handle. Nevertheless, stop poisioning yourself. Try. Small steps.
After you stop, take up fitness. This will contribute toward easing your problems. Smoking is a vicious circle. You smoke to make your problems go away. You get addicted. To smoke again you need an escuse. So you focus on your problems again. Traumatized enough, you feel the 'need' to smoke again.......

'If you want something you never had,
then you have to do something you have never done...."

Apply that to peace of mind.
Peace.

P.S. There may be something you can do.
Leave the community. Travel to a place you have never been, start a new life. Wish I could help you more.

Congrats on giving up at least for one day.

In order to say 'Wow , what a ride!' you need a car that can withstand the rigors of the ride. Shocks need to be strong, wheels need have good tread, engine needs to be tuned.
You can only go so far in an un-maintained car.
Whats the point in travelling a few yards and saying "oooo, what a ride" when you could be saying that after a rocking-rolling 1000 mile roller-coaster ride.

For a tuff ride, you need a tuff car.
For a long ride, you need a good hoss.
To shoot straight, your gun needs to be cleaned, oiled, and kept proper.

Not really.
From your link:
Hitler's attitude towards smoking

Hitler encouraged his close associates to quit smoking.

Adolf Hitler was a heavy smoker in his early life—he used to smoke 25 to 40 cigarettes daily—but gave up the habit, concluding that it was a waste of money.[10] In later years, Hitler viewed smoking as "decadent"[14] and "the wrath of the Red Man against the White Man, vengeance for having been given hard liquor",[10] lamenting that "so many excellent men have been lost to tobacco poisoning".[19] He was unhappy because both Eva Braun and Martin Bormann were smokers and was concerned over Hermann Göring's continued smoking in public places. He was angered when a statue portraying a cigar-smoking Göring was commissioned.[10] Hitler is often considered to be the first national leader to advocate nonsmoking, although James VI and I of Great Britain has a better claim to that title by three hundred years.[20]

Hitler disapproved of the military personnel's freedom to smoke, and during World War II he said on 2 March 1942, "it was a mistake, traceable to the army leadership at the time, at the beginning of the war". He also said that it was "not correct to say that a soldier cannot live without smoking". He promised to end the use of tobacco in the military after the end of the war. Hitler personally encouraged close friends not to smoke and rewarded those who quit smoking. However, Hitler's personal distaste for tobacco was only one of several catalysts behind the anti-smoking campaign.[10]

I heard of gangs of young Bikkhus getting drunk instead, not smoking because of maybe affecting their breathing exercises.

Have you heard of Android Jones? He is a digital artist.
Recently he'd come to the Maha Kumbh Mela in India, and spent time with the sadhus there.
He wants to open an ashram in North India.
Check out his Kumbh art on his site.
First art work. Simply great!

I agree with you. Spiritually speaking, we are in the 4th realm. This world was never meant to be perfect. I mean it can be if we wanted to be. But it is used as a proving ground for souls.
But yet, you get to choose what you do with your body.
Its your ability to choose your response.
Just cos its not perfect , doesn't mean you should wreck havoc on your body.
You are given the choice of making it a paradise. At least for some time.

ive had 3 interbody spinal fusions 17 years ago with more to come, i guess. i have been smoking since 86 only half pack a day if that, unless i drink and i gave up drinking 8 years ago. same old circle. same shitty people.just fixed what i could on 2 broke down cars. had mother move in to take care of her and sons best friend after his parents gave him the boot.no one is putting money into pot to help. i rescue animals also. do you ever wonder why it is, that if you try to do good for others, that you get shit on more. i think the cigs will keep people alive a little longer as long as they dont push it.this body is a shell, i need to work on my spirit. i have some evil thoughts at times and the people in those thoughts should be purchasing the cigs for me, that way things run smoother.:)i have to get rid of atleast 4 people. son to military, hie friend to military, my daughter to a husband and my mother to my youngest brother. after that, i can walk away from this house as long as i can take the pets. a small influx of 15000.00 would pay off enough to get me ahead with a cushion and allow for some prepping supplies for the wife and i. although, i dont think she will make it. im open to donations if someone wants to help out a fellow just trying to make it by working 60 hours a week and not being able to enjoy life because of taking care of everything else.
this place is my home, my mind still runs free, the DR's prescription, less for you and more for me.

Wrong. Stop making assumptions.
I used to smoke one and a half packs of cigs per day.
Until my body screamed out to stop.
I went along with the NWO wants you to stop smoking shit.
But in the end it comes down to available good health.
I say available, cos you are facing flouridation, pollution, fertilizers, chlorination, et al.

I am not trying to be perfect. But trying to create an oasis within the chaotic world I face every day.

On my 20th day without smoking.
I was what you might call a 'trauma smoker'. Smoking whenever trauma hits me, and I find I can't handle it.
