Philippines...first into the fight

The Philippines sends laborers, by the 100,000's of thousands, into slave labor construction camps and into prostitution. I have a brother-in-law who is a Filipino seaman... makes good money, but the government receives his pay directly, and doles it out -- after they take their huge cut, plus taxes.
