Sorry but that type of punishment never accomplished anything except rebellion. I myself try to talk and explain to my kids what they did wrong and the consequences of there actions. Pretty much teach them right from wrong in the first place to avoid them going out and do whatever "Twerking" is.
That class of individuals are destroying our society. It is all about making the almighty dollar to them and to fuck with Morals.
