how do you talk to them OP

I was laying in bed at night last night and I heard someone say my name- it was so clear and my mind was quiet at the moment i received it, but then the mind started thinking again. i heard it a second time that night as i was about to fall asleep again.

i know it is real voice. it is so quiet where they speak, so untouched from our current "reality" so the mind cannot really talk to them only the true self i guess
