If the corium blob ever hit a large mass of water, EVERYONE will know about it. Because there will be a massive steam explosion.

An explosion that would shoot radioactive steam and nuclear byproducts HIGH into the atmosphere. Which is a REAl danger for spreading globally.

In other words, that corium blob will be out of Japan soon and into the global jet streams.
