A 14-year-old Montgomery County boy was arrested Tuesday for allegedly drawing swastikas and offensive ethnic caricatures on a fellow Perkiomen Valley High School student's papers, police said.

The Trappe resident was charged with ethnic intimidation, criminal mischief and harassment of his victim, a 14-year-old boy who lives in Schwenksville, state police at Skippack said.

At school March 15, the young suspect allegedly drew the offensive images on what police called the victim's health paperwork. The suspect's name was not released. His case was sent to the juvenile court system.
