Obama Care "tax" originated in US Senate - Lawsuit poised to KILL Obama Care on a technicality

Obamacare originated in the House. The original bill had almost nothing to do with health care. That bill changed and made into Obamacare in the Senate.

Yep, this is just one of the many reasons that Obamacare is entirely unlawful. But laws don't seem to matter anymore to the ruling elites.

Any idiot, or small child for that matter, can easily understand that a bill does not originate in the House if the Senate entirely changes everything and adds a bunch of new stuff to it.

It's absolutely ridiculous that we even have to ponder these questions.

I have always thought it was unconstitutional simply based on the statement by the PelosiBitch "We have to vote on it to see whats in it".

A simple admission that none of the people who voted on the bill had ever seen it. It is pure common sense that you cannot make a constitutionally valid decision about whether a law is good for the people or not if the people who are voting it into law have never read what is in it.

Uh....No. Many laws have been passed by Congress that have later been held as unconstitutional by SCOTUS. That's why we have the three branches of government. Checks and balances.

I have been saying this since 2009. Since 2009 I have brought this up to friends and family. NO ONE listened. It's simple Constitutional law. All taxation legislation must originate in the house of representatives. When it went to the SCOTUS and Robert's changed the legislation (which the scotus is not allowed to do, fyi)to call Obamacare a tax I said ok then it is un Constitutional. All the morons on the left and pro Obamacare people said nanny nanny boo boo stick your head in do do. See even right leaning Roberts says it's constitutional. I couldn't expect people on the left and many on the right that are for Obamacare to understand Constitutional process of legislation. How was I to get people to believe Roberts proved it is unconstitutional by a back door bang by calling it a tax. Maybe Roberts is smarter than everyone gives him credit for. He said it is up to the people. Well the people need to call for Obamacare to be struck down solely because the process of legislation was not held and Obamacare originating in the senate proves it is un Constitutional. The insurance companies and the democrats in the senate sat and wrote the bill... Ya think it would be easy to sell (Which it wasn't to people with half of a brain) to people telling them that the exact companies that are increasing your rates and offering the product you are being forced to purchase or be fined for not doing so... ya think people would be happy that the insurance companies helped write Obamacare?
Sadly, I see all of this not going anywhere. Republicans are in on it too... Remember in 2010 when they said to elect them to get rid of Obamacare? That was 3 years ago... The House of Representatives do all appropriations. All they would have to do is not appropriate the funds to HHS and all of the people working in the programs. No money... no Obamacare...

Obamacare is a penalty imposed on Americans by people who think they have a right to tax everything. In reality there is no right, no tax and no ffing Obamacare. Its all a scam in a country falling apart from electing incompetents to office.
