Well, they should be concerned, since we are now really rated as a 3rd world country where our electrical grid is concerned.
American Corporations are adept at filling their upper corporate officers pocket's with bonus' while neglecting their own corporate infrastructures. I am personally a witness to the lack of budget given to the maintenance department's of any given corporation...rather than maintaining equipment, they will milk it until it gives out...which normally results in chaos, and then when advised, they normally say "Why were we not advised"...problem is...they were...but they were to caught up in their "high life" and no one came forward came forward with a plan so they say yea or nay to release the money to fix the problem.
American Corporate Management has been inept since the 90's...Son's of Bastard's who care for no one except themselves...We are truly doomed!!!

I have seen actual proof on carriers and planes personally, it is easy to have faith when you see and know. You seem to be only going off your own inklings and ideas, which bring 0 weight to the argument table.
