American Corporations are adept at filling their upper corporate officers pocket's with bonus' while neglecting their own corporate infrastructures. I am personally a witness to the lack of budget given to the maintenance department's of any given corporation...rather than maintaining equipment, they will milk it until it gives out...which normally results in chaos, and then when advised, they normally say "Why were we not advised"...problem is...they were...but they were to caught up in their "high life" and no one came forward came forward with a plan so they say yea or nay to release the money to fix the problem.

So if by any insane chance this actually were to happen, it would have no impact on our military whatsoever. It would just effect civilians briefly until they gradually harden and restore priority grids.
