This is a case of the little guy trying to provoke the big guy
to impress his girlfriend.. in Kim's case.. his boyfriends.. the military.
If the big guy smacks him, he is a bully.
If the little guy hits the big guy first, the big guy still looks like a dickhead for beating up on the little guy.
Either way, the little dude wins.
The only way the big guy wins.. is by ignoring the little fucker until he goes away.. or has an untimely accident.
That's my view from the pond, anyway..
