Why do athiests ALWAYS attack Christianity and NOT Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc.?

very good question, but I think we both know the answer.

I am Atheist, and I have no issues with religion,

Where we come from is a big question and smoe people just NEED an answer, some of us would rather search for the answer and are prepared to look futher than the bible.

I find it a bit funny when I am threatened with hell because I do not follow the same spirtual path as another group, but I am pretty sure if there was a God it would be happy with me to find my own path in life instead of blindly following a group.

But if I am condemned to hell for asking questions and seeking the truth on my own then I don't think this God is as gracefull and as mighty as you all think.

To me God is a theroy just like the Big-Bang, both theroys cannot be proved 100% so both require faith, faith is not a religous ideal, its simpliy a belif, I myself don't subscribe to the God theroy or the Big-bang theroy, so I will continue to search ON MY OWN to find MY true path in life, I will not blindly accept any random theroy.

Athiets that bash religions are not Athiest, Athiest(like me) don't beleive in any dietiys so bashing a religion is acceptng that that dieity extist, these Athiest have basically have created thier own puedo religion, so please don't lump all us Athiests into this group, some of us just don't care what others beleive, I am just happy that they are happy, and I am haapy seraching for my path on my own.

I just find this whole "Anti-Christian" movement to be a little more is being talked about. "Political" comes to mind.

I used to be agnostic earlier in life, but I NEVER forced my views on any other. If people wanted to pray at the football game I was attending......I was, like, "meh". "Let them." No harm, no foul.

Christianity tries to sell itself more than other religions. Besides Muslims, basically none of the other religions make it any business of theirs to actively create converts.

So when you're constantly pushing a product you open yourself up the criticism. The best Christians IMHO live by example. They don't need to push their religion cuz they're glowing. and that's great and that makes me want to be a Christian more than any of their fairy tales.

I am sorry my Christian friends. I am a believer in God even if not the same way as you. For some of you that makes me as wrong/bad as the athiests, but at least we are both not athiests and can share that.
