Why does nobody sit in front of the sun every day and just soak up its energies?

I try to sit in the Sun daily. It is the best medicine on the planet. You will not need as much food and you will feel major energy. The Sun has healing in it's wings. The Bible tells us this but man has been told different.

"But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves."Malachi 4:2

Because it decreases the appetite, stimulates the pineal gland and gives a good old dose of natural vitamin D. You know, that thing most kids these days get from tablets?

Re: Why does nobody sit in front of the sun every day and just soak up its energies?
Confirmed this accidentally while sitting on my back porch trying some meditation and the sun happened to be rising in my face, only an orange color behind the eyelids at first, but sometimes ill get blues and greens and one time it kept getting whiter, higher vibrations and more intense till I broke it off out of silly fear. I try to do it early in the mornings when I can actually see the sun rising and it gets my forehead buzzing all day. At first I couldn't figure it out why sometimes I'd try to meditate and it would be harder or easier (aside from failing to keep my mind quiet) depending on the day as I'm fairly inexperienced and trying this whole thing solo, but figured it out from help here and indoor/outdoor trial and error. I know I still have a lot to learn but I feel the suns energy and connecting to it is a key that when rifined with other practices will produce very positive results throughout my life. Haven't tried it with eyes open yet though..

It's an amazing practice, but you have to be careful when opening your eyes. NEVER do so during the hours of 8am-4pm or it can be dangerous, and never for more than a little bit at first.

Listen to your body and heed it warning and limits. AT one point i could stare at it for a few minutes without harm, but it took months of build up.

I'm building back up to that again now. It's less intense and gives cleaner visions this time around.

Please share any experiences you have, as they are always interesting to read.

Just be aware this thread is heavily monitored already though. Keep it anon.

According the American MSM, there's too many people ready to shoot at us. We have to stay hunkered down and safely ensconced in our homes watching inane television eating GMO foods.

It's dangerous out there.

What's that big bright yellow ball in the sky?

I sit out soaking up the sun everyday at least two or three beers worth. I'm ready to get sun on my legs. :)

Plant your feet in the ground, and raise your limbs high, gain life from the golden Sun in that pretty blue sky, and replenish your Souldier's spiritual light, living on this plane as a God made mortal, is a constant battle, in which we must fight.

Refrain from using "sun block".
It blocks the nutrients the sun provides, plus the chemicals in the creams are carcinogenic.

I know two people who used sun block on their ears and both had chunks cut out of their ears because of cancer twenty years later.

Wouldn't they be defined as lizards?
David dIcke might come along and bash them?

Look into Egyptian history and you'll find many depictions of their "gods" holding their palms and heads up to the sun.

Of course, one must be more careful these days, what with the harmful rays.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 37288818

This is why even the inside of black ppls palms are white, its a code for you to put your hands up to the sun

I've seen a few like it, but not that one. Thank you. I liked the part where his eye doctor said his eyes were in good health but couldn't explain how.

Red and blue are a big thing in alchemy and they often join together to form yellow/gold energy for many species.
