Because it decreases the appetite, stimulates the pineal gland and gives a good old dose of natural vitamin D. You know, that thing most kids these days get from tablets?

Oh, make sure you do it during the safe hours (5-8am 3-7pm) and if you plan to take up sun gazing, try it with your eyes closed for a while first and be careful to build up to it. Never do it for more than a moment when you're starting out and build it VERY slowly,

Look into Egyptian history and you'll find many depictions of their "gods" holding their palms and heads up to the sun.

Of course, one must be more careful these days, what with the harmful rays.

Care to share the geometry (or shapes and colours) you've experienced from doing this?

Do you meditate as well, or do you naturally seek the sunlight without knowing why?

You ever go to parks, OP ? See people sitting on the grass eating lunch or just walking around soaking up the sun in their break time

Ever go to the beach ?

Ever walk around your neighbourhood and see people out cutting lawns, clipping hedges ?

Ever see kids playing in the streets on weekends and after school ?

If you do, you see people out in the sun

It certainly is. I think it should never be worshipped or anything like that, but it is to be respeted and drawn from as an aspect of life.

Truth be told i always hid my sun meditations, because i thought it may not be safe because of sun worship etc. However, i recently had a vision that cleared things up for me.

I say the moon turn into three deaths head skulls joined as one, and i finally knew without doubt that the moon was harboring evil entities.

The sun IS on the level.

Ah, but are they afraid of the sun, blocking the sun, covering themselves with chemical and cloth?

After all, the media has spent SO MUCH time telling us how fast we'll get cancer from the sun but their heavily processed food is perfectly safe to eat!

That's good. Your gland is getting more sensitive to light. The next step should be basic outlines in black and white through the eyelids.

I have very pale skin, what with my bloodline and all. I'm wondering, does your skin glow for about an hour or two after doing this? What complexion do you have, without typing in anything that might reveal your race, please?

Re: Why does nobody sit in front of the sun every day and just soak up its energies?
Confirmed this accidentally while sitting on my back porch trying some meditation and the sun happened to be rising in my face, only an orange color behind the eyelids at first, but sometimes ill get blues and greens and one time it kept getting whiter, higher vibrations and more intense till I broke it off out of silly fear. I try to do it early in the mornings when I can actually see the sun rising and it gets my forehead buzzing all day. At first I couldn't figure it out why sometimes I'd try to meditate and it would be harder or easier (aside from failing to keep my mind quiet) depending on the day as I'm fairly inexperienced and trying this whole thing solo, but figured it out from help here and indoor/outdoor trial and error. I know I still have a lot to learn but I feel the suns energy and connecting to it is a key that when rifined with other practices will produce very positive results throughout my life. Haven't tried it with eyes open yet though..

Re: Why does nobody sit in front of the sun every day and just soak up its energies?
Its not very sunny where the nobody lives.
I like the sun but not too hot and not too cold.
It needs to be just right.
Besides I have no clothes or privacy to go out.
Im gona go to egypt but its very hot there, I wont be soaking it up for more than an hour or so a day.
It might screw up my skin, make me sweat, faint and feel dizzy.
I used to love the beach but now I hate it, is that the demons?
I like mountains, green grass, rivers and streams and trees with shade.
Ibrahim
